Book Printing

Every book format, printed under one roof

Book printing at Renjie covers eight formats, all produced in-house: board books, hardcovers, paperbacks, educational workbooks, activity and coloring books, flap books, book-and-box sets, and calendars, diaries and stationery. One plant, one quality standard, one point of contact — from a first board book to a 240-page hardcover reference.

Commercial Printing

Catalogues and brochures, on the same presses as your books.

Commercial printing at Renjie covers catalogues, brochures, saddle-stitched booklets and art books — printed on the same colour-managed offset presses as our book work. A title and its 64-page catalogue are produced together, so they stay the same colour.

Paper Packaging

Packaging printed beside your books, by the same team.

Paper packaging at Renjie is produced on the same offset presses, under the same color management and on the same lamination and die-cutting lines as your books. When your gift set needs a box or your launch needs bags, you don't add a second supplier — you add a line item.

Our Difference

One supplier. The book, its catalogue, its box.

One supplier means the book, the catalogue that sells it and the box it ships in are printed in one plant, colour-matched in one production run and shipped in one consignment. Most book printers don't print catalogues. Most catalogue printers can't bind a book. When three suppliers meet in your product, colours drift, sizes misfit and deadlines multiply.

  • Book, catalogue and box printed on the same presses — one colour standard across every component
  • Inserts, foam fits and compartments engineered in-house to your exact book dimensions
  • One quote, one production schedule, one shipment — no cross-supplier coordination

How It Works

From spec sheet to doorstep in five steps

Ordering takes five steps: send your specs, receive an itemized quote within 24 hours, approve a pre-production sample, production with in-line QC, then door-to-door delivery — with production typically 20–30 days after sample approval.

Send your specs

Five fields and one project note — what you print, quantity, size, deadline. We'll ask the rest in one email.

Quote in 24 hours

Itemized pricing with quantity breaks at 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 copies.

Pre-production sample

A physical proof of your actual book — approve it before a single copy is printed.

Production & QC

In-line inspection plus a final AQL check on every pallet before packing.

Door-to-door

FOB, CIF or DDP — we handle export docs, sea or air, to 60+ countries.

Quality & Compliance

Built for the standards your market demands

Our compliance baseline is fixed, not an upgrade: G7-calibrated color verified on press, EN 71-3-compliant coatings, CPSIA documentation for US-bound titles and FSC-certified paper across formats. Every named standard below links to its issuing authority.

Color you can trust

According to Idealliance, G7 aligns presses of any make to a common visual appearance — and that is exactly how we run it: a G7 / ISO 12647 workflow with spectrophotometer verification on press. Your Pantone stays your Pantone, from proof to pallet.

Child-safe materials

The U.S. CPSC requires children's products to carry third-party testing and certification under the CPSIA — we supply that documentation with every US-bound title. Materials are soy-based inks and EN 71-3 compliant coatings as standard, not an upgrade.

Responsible paper

FSC chain-of-custody certification, issued by the Forest Stewardship Council, traces your paper back to responsibly managed forests. FSC-certified board and stocks are available across all formats, with documentation for your filings.

FAQ

Questions publishers ask us first

What is your minimum order quantity?

500 copies for offset-printed books, boxes and bags. Offset is what keeps unit pricing sharp and color consistent; below 500, digital would cost you more per copy with less durable binding.

How long does production take?

Typically 20–30 days after sample approval, depending on extent and finishes. Add 5–7 days for the pre-production sample. Sea freight to Europe or North America adds 25–40 days; we'll map the full timeline in your quote.

Can you match my brand colors exactly?

Yes. We run a G7 / ISO 12647 color-managed workflow — the Idealliance method for aligning presses to a common appearance — and verify Pantone spot colors with a spectrophotometer on press. For book-and-box sets, every component is printed in the same run so covers and packaging match exactly.

Do you ship door to door?

We quote FOB Guangzhou, CIF or DDP. Door-to-door DDP covers export clearance, freight and import duties to 60+ countries — you receive books at your warehouse with one invoice.

Are your materials safe for children's products?

Children's titles are a core part of our work — board books especially. We use soy-based inks and EN 71-3 compliant coatings as standard, and supply CPSIA compliance documentation for US-bound titles on request.
