Quotes are valid 30 days. Orders are confirmed by written proforma invoice; standard payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment by T/T. Mass production starts only after written sample approval. Lead times count from sample approval, not order date. Title passes per agreed Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DDP Guangzhou). Full terms are attached to every proforma invoice.
