500 copies. Offset printing is what keeps unit prices sharp and color consistent across every copy — below 500, setup costs dominate and digital becomes the better route.
Yes — send us a physical copy or a digital proof. We measure it, build the color profile into our G7 workflow, and verify with a pre-production sample before the run.
Board books are our core product. We use soy-based inks and EN 71-3 compliant coatings as standard, and supply CPSIA documentation for US-bound titles.
Typically 20–30 days production after sample approval, plus 5–7 days for the sample itself. Freight adds 25–40 days sea or 5–10 days air.
