Interiors: foam inserts, vacuum-formed trays, ribbon pull-tabs, die-cut card cradles. All cut in-house to the actual book — including books we printed, which means the fit is measured from the production sample, not the artwork.

500 boxes, same as books. Box tooling and greyboard setup make small runs disproportionately expensive — we'll tell you honestly when a folding carton suits your quantity better.
Yes — that's the point of ordering both from us. Book cover and box wrap are printed in the same color-managed run and verified against the same approved proof.
Your choice: assembled (more freight volume) or flat-packed with assembly instructions (cheaper freight). We quote both.
