The four gates
Preflight against our 20-point checklist — bleed, fonts, color space, image resolution — before any plate is made.
Spectrophotometer readings every pallet change; ΔE tolerance logged per run, records kept and shared.
Pre-production sample of your actual book. Nothing moves to mass production without your written approval.
Final AQL sampling on every pallet: binding pull tests, corner rounding, lamination edges, page order.
Compliance

Honest limits
We run the G7 / ISO 12647 workflow with instrument verification, but we will not claim certifications we don't hold — ask us what's on paper and what's in practice, and you'll get the real answer. It's the same policy we apply to paper claims: FSC stocks with chain-of-custody documents are available; "eco-friendly" without documents is not something we sell.
